SUPERTHERM is a water-based thermal heat block coating which contains 4 specific ceramics that work together unlike any other product on the market – two micron sized ceramics are reflective for UV and visual light, the third blocks the infrared solar heat energy and the fourth acts as a non-conductor for emissivity to stop solar heat load making it a safe, high performance and effective energy friendly solution. Omega Fire™ is a single component coating designed to withstand 1200°C (2000°F) direct flame and resist heat transfer to backside.
Omega Fire™ is a blend of eight ceramics, combined together to create a heat block (firewall) that resists heat migration and fire. Omega Fire™ is a water-based coating that dries tough and is designed to withstand temperatures of 1200°C (2000°F) without collapse or failure.
APPLICATION METHODS
Omega Fire can be applied to metal, concrete, masonry, and composite surfaces. The application can be by spray or by trowel. For specific instructions on surface preparation, mixing and application, please refer to the SPI Application Instruction sheet.
NOTE: A prescribed thickness is required for specific temperature and duration of protection.

PRESSURE CLEANING
We pressure clean all hard surface areas, flat work like concrete driveways, walkways, hard stands and tiled and colourbond roofs.
FOAM WASHING
Are you living next to a busy road or construction site? Is your property covered in dust, soot, spider webs and organic matter....call us for a foam wash that will remove all dust and soot leaving your property looking, feeling and smelling fresh!!.
SOFT WASH
Organic contamination is more effectively removed with a soft wash than pressure cleaning. Soft wash kills all organic matter rather than just washing away the top surface areas leaving roots and spores still embedded in the substrate. This can lead to a short-term solution as organic contamination starts regrowth straight away.
Sealing
Concrete, Sandstone, Travertine, Granite and other stones
After pressure cleaning and treating any organic contamination, we seal the surface areas to create a hydrophobic surface water repellent condition. This will prolong the re-contamination of soot, dirt etc. from occuring. Our sealers also protect the concrete/stone from weathering due to UV, acid rain and water penetration.
